*FreeAgent Software is free if you bank with NatWest/RBS/Ulster/Mettle. If you do not bank with these or do not setup a bank with these, there will be an additional charge of £18 per month.


**Self-Assessment Tax Return includes income of salary, dividends and interest received. Any additional income outside of this will be charged at £60 or £5 per month top up per additional page.


If your business is currently open, a topup fee at a rate of £59 per month is chargeable for catch up months in relation to the year-end work for the company and director. This can be paid over the remaining time in the year, and if the year-end has passed the invoice will be payable upon completion of the company year-end accounts.


For any business over £150k turnover per year, please contact us for a bespoke quote as the above services are unsuitable for larger businesses.

Bookkeeping: If you want us to handle your bookkeeping for you, please notify your accountant and we will charge you separately at £5 per 10 transactions.


Additional SATR: For any additional Self-Assessment Tax Returns you need completing, there will be an additional fee per person of £90 or £7.50 per month.


Additional Payroll: For any staff on payroll over 1, there will be an additional fee per person of £5 per payslip.
